科技型企业上市路径对比与选择探析

摘要
随着金融供给侧结构性改革的持续推进,金融服务实体经济的质效也在持续提升,除了传统的间接融资渠道,科技型企业通过IPO直接融资的渠道也变得更加丰富多样了.特别是自 2023 年 2 月全面实行股票发行注册制改革以来,越来越多企业开始通过登陆北交所、创业板、科创板、主板等进行融资.但是,不同板块具有不同的上市特征和限制条件,上市门槛也不同,对拟上市地区、时点、中介、板块的选择也尤为重要.因此,拟上市科技型企业需要从多个维度对比和分析上市路径,以确保能够选择一条科学的上市路径.
Abstract
With the continuous advancement of financial supply-side structural reform,the quality and efficiency of financial services to the real economy continue to improve.In addition to the traditional indirect financing channels,the direct financing channels of technology enterprises through IPO are also more rich and diversified.Especially since the comprehensive implementation of the reform of the stock issuance registration system in February 2023,more and more enterprises have raised financing through the Beijing Stock Exchange,the Growth Enterprise Board,the Science and Technology Innovation Board,the Main Board Market,etc.However,different sectors have different listing characteristics and restrictions,and the listing threshold is also different.The choice of region,time point,intermediary and plate to be listed is also particularly important.Therefore,the science and technology enterprises to be listed need to compare and analyze the listing path from multiple dimensions to ensure that they can choose a scientific listing path.
