Digital Economy,Industrial Structure Optimization and High-Quality Development
Based on the panel data of 270 prefecture-level cities in China from 2011 to 2021,this paper empirically analyzes the impact and action path of digital economy on the high-quality development,by taking industrial structure rationalization and industrial structure advancement as mediator variables.The results show that the digital economy can promote the high-quality development of China's economy.This conclusion is still robust after the test of shrinking tail method and instrumental variable method.Through the study of its mechanism,it is found that the industrial structure optimization is an important way for the digital economy to promote the high-quality development.The regression analysis of the threshold model shows that digital economy and industrial structure optimization have nonlinear effects on the high-quality development.Based to this,the paper puts forward some policy suggestions to vigorously develop digital economy and accelerate the development of digital industrialization.
