This study focuses on the impact and optimization of cross-border data supervision on the governance mechanism of multinational corporations.Through an in-depth analysis of the concept of cross-border data regulation,the principles and problems of multinational corporate governance,the complex challenges faced by multinational corporations in global operations are revealed.For data governance compliance,international cooperation and conflicts of regulations,governance efficiency and cost balance,and other issues,the optimization strategy based on big data analysis is proposed to improve the governance transparency,optimize the data storage and international legal coordination,and ensure the consistency of internal governance mechanisms in multinational corporations.The purpose of this study is to provide theoretical guidance for multinational corporations to better cope with the challenges of data governance and compliance in the globalized environment,and to provide useful reference for academic research in related fields.
