The Current Situation and Improvement Suggestions of Performance Management System Construction in Small and Medium-Sized Banks:Taking A Bank as an Example
This article reviews the historical changes of performance appraisal reform in commercial banks,and takes A Bank as the main research object to analyze the main problems in its performance appraisal system that are not conducive to business development.Combining with the operational concepts of advanced domestic commercial banks and the research conclusions of the company performance appraisal system,this article explores the policy guidance and incentive effects of different performance systems,and deduces the performance appraisal system suitable for the current development stage of small and medium-sized banks.
