摘要
2023 年,中央金融工作会议和中央经济工作会议均提出必须坚持深化金融供给侧结构性改革,助力金融高质量发展.金融资产管理公司作为我国金融系统的特殊组成部分,具备丰富的不良资产运营经验.文章将通过分析并购业务模式,结合近 5 年来我国的并购重组趋势,探索金融资产管理公司如何在经济下行周期中通过介入并购业务服务我国实体经济的发展.
Abstract
In 2023,both the central financial work conference and the central economic work conference have all proposed that it is necessary to insist supply-side structural reform in the financial area to drive the high-quality development of the economy.As a special component of financial system in China,asset management companies have plentiful experience in the management of non-performing assets.By analyzing different patterns of mergers and acquisitions business and combining the trend of mergers and acquisitions in China in recent 5 years,this paper will explore how asset management companies serve the development of China'real economy by intervening mergers and acquisitions business in the economic downturn cycle.
