摘要
物流业是现代经济运行中不可或缺的重要环节,对于我国地区的经济、社会发展都有着重要的贡献.物流业竞争日益激烈,为了进一步提高市场份额和收益,各大快递公司纷纷通过兼并收购来扩大自己的业务规模和实力.该举措往往带来双赢的效果,但不免存在着各种风险.文章首先阐述物流业并购现状,而后研究物流业并购重组所面临的风险及防范措施,对物流企业的发展提供一定的借鉴.
Abstract
The logistics industry is an indispensable and important part of the operation of the modern economy,and it has made important contributions to the economic and social development in China.The competition is fierce.In order to further increase market share and reve-nue,major express companies have expanded their business scale and strength through mergers and acquisitions.This is often a win-win situa-tion,but it comes with risks.Firstly,the current situation of mergers and acquisitions in the logistics industry is expounded,and then the risks and preventive measures faced by mergers and acquisitions in the logistics industry are studied,so as to provide a reference for the devel-opment of logistics enterprises.
