基于电商背景下零售业财务风险防范研究

摘要
随着互联网的发展和电子商务的兴起,传统零售业的生存空间受到挤压,纷纷向电商化转型.零售业的电商化不仅增加了销售收入,拓宽了销售渠道,还大大提高了公司运营效率,但在转型过程中客观存在着很多财务风险,如果不加强管控,企业发展将会受到影响.文章在剖析了零售业转型动因后,对零售企业电商化过程中所存在的财务风险进行具体分析,发现零售业在投资、筹资、运营等方面易引发财务风险,并对此提出防范与应对措施,加强零售企业财务风险的管控.
Abstract
With the development of internet and the rise of e-commerce,the living space of traditional retail industry has been squeezed and has been transformed into e-commerce.The e-commerce of retail industry not only increases sales revenue and expands sales channels,but also greatly improves operational efficiency of companies.However,there are many financial risks objectively in the transformation process.If the control is not strengthened,the development of enterprises will be affected.After analyzing the reasons for the transformation of retail industry,the article provides the specific analysis of the financial risks that exist in the process of e-commerce in retail enterprises.It is found that retail industry is prone to financial risks in investment,financing,operation and other aspects.Therefore,preventive and response measures are proposed to strengthen the control of financial risks in retail enterprises.
