Analysis on Obstacles to the Transformation and Upgrading for Micro,Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises in Guangxi to Create"Specialized and New"Small-Giant Enterprises
Micro small and medium-sized enterprises are the driving force of national economic and social development,and an important force in expanding employment,improving people's livelihoods,and promoting innovation and entrepreneurship.This paper takes micro,small and medium-sized enterprises in Guangxi as a sample to study the current situation of their transformation and upgrading to build"specialized and new"small-giant enterprises,discusses the obstacles of micro,small and medium-sized enterprises'transformation and upgrading to build"specialized and new"small-giant enterprises,and puts forward corresponding deconstruction strategies.
