摘要
融媒体环境的兴起,标志着媒体技术与传播方式的深刻变革,对出版企业而言既是挑战也是机遇.出版企业要想获得持续生命力与市场竞争力,需实现业务与财务深度融合,即业财融合一体化.业财融合一体化不仅能提升企业综合竞争力,还能优化资源配置,增强财务风险管理与内部控制效果.为揭示融媒体环境下出版企业业财融合一体化重要性,文章以X出版企业为例,深入探讨融媒体环境下出版企业业财融合一体化建设价值、存在问题及对策.研究结果表明,出版企业通过建立扁平化的业财矩阵式组织架构、制定业财融合一体化战略规划、搭建业财融合信息化平台等措施可实现业财融合一体化发展,结果可为同行业企业提供策略参考.
Abstract
The rise of the financial media environment marks a profound change in media technology and communication mode,which is both a challenge and an opportunity for publishing enterprises.In order to obtain sustainable vitality and market competitiveness,publishing enterprises need to realize the deep integration of business and finance,which means the integration of industry and finance.The integration of industry and finance can not only enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises,but also optimize the allocation of resources,and enhance the effect of financial risk management and internal control.In order to reveal the importance of financial integration of publishing enterprises in the financial media environment,this paper takes X publishing enterprises as an example to deeply discuss the value,existing problems and countermeasures of financial integration of publishing enterprises in the financial media environment.The results show that publishing enterprises can realize the integrated development of industry and finance integration by establishing a flat matrix organizational structure,formulating strategic planning for industry integration,building information platform for industry integration,so as to provide strategic reference for enterprises in the same industry.
