Research on Internal Control of Grassroots Public Institutions in the Context of New Normal Economy
Public institutions need to pay attention to public service efficiency,value creation,and risk control in their management and operation.This requires a systematic and flexible internal control system to sensitively perceive changes in the internal and external environment and adapt to them.In the new normal economic environment,how to enhance the effectiveness of internal control,ensure the transformation and development of units,and cope with many systemic risks such as policy transformation and internal and external environmental changes has become a key topic of concern in the industry.As a grassroots connection point for the country to serve the public,townships and streets have great responsibilities and heavy tasks.The level of their management is directly related to the effective performance of the country's social functions,and also closely related to social and economic development.The key factor affecting the level of management is the establishment and improvement of internal control systems.Based on work practice,this article explores the current situation of internal control system construction in grassroots institutions,discusses the importance of internal control construction in grassroots institutions,and puts forward the problems and relevant suggestions in the current internal control construction of grassroots institutions,in order to provide inspiration for township and street governments to improve risk control,optimize resource allocation,and enhance public image.
