在当下医疗卫生行业竞争日趋激烈的大背景下,医院作为提供医疗服务的重要机构,其经营管理水平直接关系到自身的生存与发展.预算管理与成本管控作为医院经济管理的两大支柱,对于提升医院的经济效益、保障其稳健运营具有至关重要的作用.基于此,文章从预算管理的角度出发,深入探讨成本管控在医院运营中的实际应用,以期为推动医院管理创新、提高核心竞争力提供帮助.
Abstract
In the current highly competitive landscape of the healthcare industry,hospitals,as vital institutions providing medical services,face a direct correlation between their operational management proficiency and their survival and growth.Budget management and cost control,as the twin pillars of hospital economic management,play a crucial role in enhancing the financial performance of hospitals and ensuring their stable operations.Against this backdrop,starting from the perspective of budget management,the paper delves into the practical application of cost control in hospital operations,aiming to contribute to the advancement of hospital management innovation and the enhancement of core competitiveness.
