The construction of the treasury system of state-owned enterprises is an important issue in the current financial management transformation of state-owned enterprises.Especially after SASAC has issued a series of guidance opinions and requirements on the construction of the treasury system,how to build an efficient,digital and intelligent treasury system has become an important way for state-owned enterprises to improve the level of financial management,enhance the efficiency of capital operation,and reduce risks.According to the nature,management characteristics,business characteristics and information planning of state-owned enterprises,this paper puts forward some ideas on the construction of state-owned enterprise treasury system.It aims to promote the modernization of state-owned enterprise financial management and help the high-quality development of state-owned enterprises by building a digital intelligent treasury system that meets the requirements of the state and adapts to the development of state-owned enterprises.
