In the rapidly developing information age,digital transformation has become a key path for enterprises to enhance the competitiveness and achieve the sustainable development.As the active vigour of the national economy,the development of small and medium-sized enterprises has a direct impact on the economic growth,job creation and social stability.Digitalisation is no longer just the monopoly of large enterprises,but can provide unprecedented opportunities for small and medium-sized enterprises,and enable them to respond more flexibly to changes,innovate business models,improve the operational efficiency,and deepen the customer relationship management in the market.This paper expounds the concept of digital transformation of enterprise management,and points out the promoting effect of digital transformation on the innovation of management modes in small and medium-sized enterprises.Based on the analysis of the opportunities and challenges faced by the management mode innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises under the background of digitalisation,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the digital management mode innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises.
