Research on the Enterprise Performance Evaluation System Based on the Strategic Management
In today's rapidly changing business environment,the enterprise performance evaluation system is an important part of the enterprise strategic management.The purpose of this paper is to discuss how to construct an effective enterprise performance evaluation system to support the realization of enterprise strategic objectives.Firstly,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current enterprise performance evaluation system,such as the monotonicity and short-sightedness of the evaluation index,and the disconnection between the evaluation goals and the enterprise strategic goals.Secondly,this paper proposes a framework of enterprise performance evaluation system based on the strategic management,which emphasizes the importance of multi-dimension,long term and strategic consistency.Finally,through the case study,this paper further verifies the practicability and effectiveness of the framework,and discusses the challenges and countermeasures of implementing the evaluation system,in order to provide important suggestions for enterprise managers to formulate and optimize the performance evaluation system.
