Research on the Countermeasures of New R&D Institutions Construction in Kaifeng Under the Background of New Quality Productivity
In recent years,Kaifeng has promoted modernization construction with high quality and accelerated the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into new quality productivity.Accelerating the construction of new R&D institutions can effectively integrate a variety of innovation resources,improve the efficiency of achievement transformation,promote the deep integration of the innovation chain and industrial chain,and lead the industry to achieve high-quality development.Based on this,the paper analyzes the development basis,development status,problems and construction countermeasures of new R&D institutions in Kaifeng under the background of new quality productivity.Through the research,it is found that the development of new R&D institutions in Kaifeng faces financing problems,a lack of leadership talents,insufficient transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and insufficient tracking services after the project implementation.Thus,to promote the construction of new R&D institutions,it is necessary to grasp the relationship between financial support and self innovation,and establish a demand-oriented and function-oriented construction operation and evaluation mechanism,provide a strong guarantee through financial support and talent services,and guide the new R&D institutions to realize the combination of self-survival and innovation.
