Research on the Construction of Enterprise Financial Shared Service Center Under the Background of Big Data
With the development of economic globalization and the change of information technology,the financial management mode of enterprises has undergone significant changes.The traditional financial management mode can no longer meet the needs of high-speed and high-quality development of enterprises,and there is an urgent need for digital transformation.Many enterprises conform to the development of the times,from the traditional financial management to the direction of information oriented financial management,and they establish the financial shared service center.This paper first discusses the concept of financial shared service center and the role of building enterprise financial shared service center,and then poses the problems existing in the construction of enterprise financial shared service center under the background of big data.Finally,this paper puts forward the corresponding solutions.According to this study,a feasible scheme is provided for enterprises to optimize their financial and business models and promote the implementation of national digital policies.
