Study on the Influencing Factors of Carbon Emissions of Listed Companies in High Carbon Emissions Industries in China
The production and operation of high carbon emissions industries will release a large amount of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases,which can make a negative impact on human health and life.It also aggravates resource shortage and social instability.In order to solve the problem of high carbon emission level of high carbon emissions industries,this paper analyzes the carbon emission index and economic influencing factors of high carbon industries based on the data of the top 100 listed companies in China's high carbon emissions industries from 2020 to 2021.Starting from nine industries covered by carbon emission trading,such as electricity,cement,petrochemical industry,construction,coal,steel,nonferrous metals,shipping and communications,on this basis,the paper uses SPSS software and constructs stepwise regression model to explore the factors that have a significant impact on the carbon emissions of the listed companies.Finally,the results are summarized and analyzed,and relevant suggestions and measures are put forward.
