Research on the Impact of Knowledge Management on Green Innovation in Enterprises
This paper explores the impact of knowledge management on green innovation in enterprises,and analyzes it from three dimensions of knowledge acquisition,knowledge dissemination,and knowledge response.With environmental issues becoming increasingly prominent and the widespread adoption of sustainable development concepts,green innovation is gradually playing a crucial role in enterprise sustainable development.Knowledge management,as an essential organizational capability and management tool,plays an important role in this process.Knowledge acquisition helps enterprises supplement and update their knowledge base.Knowledge dissemination promotes more knowledge sharing and collaboration,and knowledge response helps enterprises adapt to external environmental changes quickly.However,there is currently limited research on the impact of knowledge management on green innovation in enterprises.This paper aims to fill this gap,provide a deeper understanding for both enterprise management practices and academia,and promote the development of knowledge management and green innovation.
