Digital Transformation,Resource Allocation and Corporate Value
Digital transformation is not only a way for enterprises to adapt to the trend of development,but also a necessary path for enterprises to survive in the digital age.The article is based on the theory of resource allocation,using data from A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2014 to 2021,and using a fixed effect regression model to explore the impact of digital transformation on corporate value and the implementation mechanism based on resource allocation capability.Empirical research has found that digital transformation of enterprises is beneficial for enhancing resource allocation capabilities,improving,innovating,and utilizing existing capabilities,thereby promoting the increase of enterprise value.Based on this research conclusion,relevant suggestions are proposed from three perspectives:corporate philosophy,corporate strategy and government policies.
