In the process of moving towards"Society 5.0",the key to improving the scientific research level of decision-making and consulting of think tank is to transform think tank into a data-centric model.This data-driven think tank construction model covers multiple levels,including socio-cultural and regulatory environment,core concepts and strategic planning,think tank business operation and communication,and data governance system.In order to achieve this transformation,think tank should be committed to enhancing the understanding of data-driven;making full use of national support for developing digital economy and digital transformation policies,accumulating data resources,promoting business innovation,attaching importance to the research and application of digital intelligent tools,rationally allocating data talents,and strengthening the construction of data team.
