Since 2022,the real estate industry in Henan Province has experienced severe challenges.After the industry continued to decline,the Henan Provincial Committee of the CPC and the People's Government of Henan Province have issued a series of measures to support the healthy development of the real estate industry,and clearly proposed various policies to promote the healthy development and virtuous cycle of the real estate industry.The real estate market in Henan Province has begun to recover,and it will continue to play a positive role in the economy in the future.Based on this background,this article first studies the current situation of real estate development and mortgage,stock housing transactions and consumption,real estate funds and land use,and the upstream and downstream industrial chain of the real estate industry in Henan Province,and summarizes relevant issues.Secondly,this article studies the role of basic factors,economic factors,and policy factors in the healthy development of the real estate industry in Henan Province,in order to construct a reasonable logical framework for a virtuous cycle and healthy development.Finally,this article proposes relevant suggestions to promote a virtuous cycle and healthy development of the real estate industry in Henan Province.
