Driven by the digital economy,cross-border e-commerce has been developing rapidly.However,the talent cultivation mode of cross-border e-commerce has been out of line with the needs of the industry,and there is a big gap between students'professional abilities and the industry needs.This paper first points out the current situation and development trend of the cross-border e-commerce industry,and then analyzes the prominent problems of talent cultivation of cross-border e-commerce.Through the analysis and dynamic identification of internal contradictions,the new direction and new ideas of cross-border e-commerce talent cultivation given by industry standards should be clarified,and the core qualities of cross-border e-commerce talents in the perspective of industry standards should also be defined.Finally,the cultivation mode of cross-border e-commerce applied talents can be constructed based on industry standards.
