As an important part of modern enterprise management,enterprise strategic planning directly affects the development and destiny of enterprises.With the continuous deepening of economic globalization and market economic system reform,competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce,which requires enterprises to formulate scientific and reasonable strategic planning and take effective measures to ensure the effective implementation of strategic planning.Based on the meaning of strategic planning,this paper sorts out the organizational implementation measures for enterprise strategic planning,and proposes performance evaluation management strategies for enterprise strategic planning.
