In order to comply with the development trend of digital economy,some regions in China have actively initiated legislative work.As of now,seven provincial-level units in China have issued the Digital Economy Promotion Regulations in the form of local regulations.Existing legislative practices have shown that legislation promoted by digital economy should adhere to both problem oriented and goal oriented approaches.It needs to continuously improve legislative contents,including improving basic principles,constructing digital infrastructure,exploring data resources,digital industrialization,industrial digitalization,and digitalization of governance,in accordance with the development laws of the digital economy,in order to provide a good legal guarantee for the full operation of China's digital economy.
