摘要

文章以互联网企业估值难题为出发点,结合分析互联网企业特点,研究针对互联网企业价值评估的有效方法.现有的估值方法有诸多缺陷,如在实施过程中会遇到困难,或是可能造成较高的估值偏差,但发现梅特卡夫模型却在对互联网企业进行价值评估方面拥有优势,对其进行修正后有较强的适用性,能实际应用于互联网企业价值评估中.

Abstract

Based on the valuation problems of internet enterprises,this paper analyzes the characteristics of internet enterprises and studies effective methods for the valuation of internet enterprises.Valuation methods are found to have many shortcomings,and have difficulties in implementation,or get high valuation biases.However,the Metcalfe model has advantages in the valuation of internet enterprises.It has strong applicability after being revised,and can be applied to the value evaluation of internet enterprises.
