In recent years,the environmental protection industry has developed vigorously.It has become an urgent problem to evaluate the value of environmental protection enterprises scientifically and make such market sustainable,orderly development.This paper proposes an improved model based on traditional market method.The improved method includes constructing a rational enterprise value assessment index system,using entropy-weighted fuzzy matter-element model to select comparable firms,using principal component analysis to determine value multipliers.
