在数字经济浪潮的强劲推动下,传统企业管理范式正面临前所未有的挑战与转型需求.文章聚焦于数字经济时代背景下,企业管理的革新路径,通过细致剖析数字经济的核心特质及其对企业运营管理的深层次影响,构建一套系统性的优化策略框架.此框架旨在为企业提供一套行之有效的应对方案,助力其在新兴市场环境中把握机遇,实现稳健且可持续的发展目标.

Abstract

Driven by the strong wave of digital economy,the traditional enterprise management paradigm is facing unprecedented challenges and transformation needs.This paper focuses on the innovation path of enterprise management in the context of the digital economy,and aims to construct a systematic optimization strategy framework by carefully analyzing the core characteristics of the digital economy and its in-depth impact on enterprise operation and management.The framework aims to provide companies with a proven response to the opportunities in an emerging market environment to achieve their robustness and sustainable growth goals.
