高质量发展视角下中国建筑激励研究

股权激励是激励约束中一种常见的市场化机制,我国在 20 世纪 90 年代引入股权激励机制,随着国企新一轮体制改革,国家陆续出台相关的法律法规,国内上市公司开始普遍应用股权激励机制.建筑业是我国国有资产集中的代表行业,中国建筑是建筑行业中具有研究价值的上市公司.文章使用案例研究方法,通过介绍中国建筑实行的四期股权激励计划,探讨中建股权激励对企业的影响.文章通过选取评价企业高质量发展的多因素指标,对中建股权激励政策的影响进行研究,对国企实行合理的股权激励政策提供可行的参考建议,使得股权激励成为深入改革的突破口.股权激励将员工和企业紧密地联系在一起,这有助于国有企业的中长期发展.设计科学合理且能够逐次深入的激励机制,使得企业的激励制度不断提升改进.结合企业战略采取持续的激励政策,能够与企业的长期发展计划吻合.完善内部治理结构且充分披露相关信息,激励政策在内部和外部得到监督,使政策能够实现设计的初衷.
Research on Incentives of China State Construction from the Perspective of High-Quality Development
Equity incentive is a common marketization mechanism in the incentive constraints,our country introduced equity incentive in the 1990s.Along with the new round of institutional reform of state-owned enterprises,China has introduced relevant laws and regulations in succession,and at that time domestic listed companies began to use equity incentive.The construction industry is the representative industry of the concentration of state-owned assets in China,and China State Construction is a listed company with research value in the construction industry.This paper uses the case study method to discuss the influence of China State Construction's equity incentive on enterprises by introducing the four-stage equity incentive plan implemented by China State Construction.By selecting multi-factor indicators to evaluate the high-quality development of enterprises,this paper studies the impact of the equity incentive policy of it,which can provide feasible reference suggestions for the implementation of reasonable equity incentive policies of state-owned enterprises,and make equity incentive become a breakthrough for in-depth reform.Equity incentive will closely link employees and enterprises together and contribute to the medium and long term development of state-owned enterprises.Designing a scientific and reasonable incentive mechanism that can be deepened step by step,so that the incentive system of enterprises can be continuously improved.The continuous incentive policy combined with the enterprise strategy can be consistent with the long-term development plan of the enterprise.It should improve the internal governance structure and fully disclose relevant information,and incentive policies are supervised internally and externally,so policies can achieve the original intention of design.
