在"双碳"背景下,运用演化博弈论研究了政府和冷链物流企业之间策略选择的影响,并用MATLAB软件对推论结果进行了仿真,重点分析了冷链物流企业积极碳减排投入、政府对冷链物流企业积极碳减排的补贴、政府对冷链物流企业消极碳减排的罚金、冷链物流企业积极碳减排给政府带来的额外收益以及冷链物流企业积极碳减排额外增加的收益对系统演化稳定策略的影响,最后根据分析的结果提出相关的建议.
Evolutionary Game Study on Low-Carbon Development of Cold Chain Logistics Enterprises Under the Background of Dual Carbon
In the framework of dual carbon context,this study employs evolutionary game theory to examine the strategic impact between government and cold chain logistics companies.Utilizing Matlab software,the study simulates outcomes to focus on several key areas:investment from cold chain logistics companies in proactive carbon emission reduction,government subsidies to encourage such reductions,penalties for failing to meet emission targets,and the additional revenue from enhanced carbon management for government.The impact of the additional revenue through proactive carbon emission reduction on the strategies that stabilize the system's evolution is analyzed in depth.Based on the findings,the paper concludes with targeted recommendations.
