Research on Cross-Cultural Management of Multinational Corporations Under the"Belt and Road"Initiative
Under the wave of globalization,multinational corporations(MNCs)are facing a series of cross-cultural management challenges.In order to cope with the challenges,companies need to understand the cultural differences between domestic and foreign cultures,establish scientific management concepts,and set up efficient cross-cultural communication channels.At the same time,they should make full use of the advantages brought by the cultural differences of employees to promote innovation and market expansion.Multinational corporations should establish a people-oriented and diversified corporate culture,strengthen cross-cultural training,and improve the cross-cultural communication ability of their employees,so as to minimize cultural conflicts,enhance international competitiveness,and promote the continuous improvement of their cross-cultural management ability.
