电商情境下推荐解释对消费者行为意向影响的研究方法综述

文章探讨推荐解释对消费者行为意向产生影响的过程机理.在CNKI和Google Scholar中分别以关键词"推荐解释"和"Recommendation Explanation""Explanations for Personalized Recommendations"检索文献,再结合主题进行筛选,在精读过程中利用追逆法进一步扩大检索文献,获得具有代表性的推荐解释研究文献共二十余篇.文章从基础理论视角探讨推荐解释对消费者行为意向产生影响的研究方法,并对所述方法从基本思路、优点及缺点三个方面进行详细分析,旨在为今后的研究提供相关参考.推荐解释对用户行为意向的影响机理可为网商提升销量、改善推荐系统功能等提供策略.所述方法能够基本满足相关研究需要,但也存在一定局限性,可考虑将多个模型(理论)进行整合来构建研究模型、引入新变量等对策进行完善,增加研究结论的说服力.
Summary of the Research Methods on the Influence of Recommendation Explanation on Consumers'Behavior Intention in the Context of E-Commerce
This paper discusses the process mechanism of recommendation explanation changing users'behavior intention.In CNKI and Google Scholar,the keywords"Recommendation Explanation"and"Explanations for Personalized Recommendations"are used to search the literature respectively,and then the literature is screened according to the theme.In the process of intensive reading,the retrieval literature is further expanded by using the inverse method,and more than 20 representative research literature on recommendation explanation can be obtained.From the perspective of basic theory,this paper discusses the research methods of recommendation interpretation changing users'behavior intention,and analyzes the methods in detail from three aspects:basic ideas,advantages and disadvantages,in order to provide relevant reference for future research on the influence of recommendation interpretation.The influencing mechanism of recommendation explanation changing the user's behavior intention can provide strategies for online merchants to increase sales and improve the function of recommendation system.The method can basically meet the needs of related research,but it also has some limitations.We can consider integrating multiple models(theories)to build a research model and introducing new variables to improve it,so as to increase the persuasiveness of the research conclusions.
