Impact of Advanced Human Capital Structure on High-Quality Economic Development:Based on the Threshold Effect of Industrial Structure Optimization in the Chengdu Chongqing Dual City Economic Circle
In the context of economic transformation and continuous optimization of industrial structure,it is particularly important to explore how the upgrading of human capital structure can promote high-quality economic development.Based on panel data from 2005 to 2021 in the Chengdu Chongqing region,this article constructs a threshold effect model with industrial structure optimization as the threshold variable,to empirically test the impact of advanced human capital structure on high-quality economic development.The results indicate that although the advancement of human capital structure helps to promote high-quality economic growth,its role exhibits non-linear characteristics and is limited by the level of industrial structure optimization.Based on this,suggestions are proposed to steadily promote the optimization of industrial structure in the Chengdu Chongqing region according to local conditions,as well as measures to enhance the advancement of human capital structure,so as to maximize the utilization of the advancement of human capital structure to promote high-quality development.
