With the continuous adjustment of China's financial regulatory policies,the introduction of new regulations on asset management has brought profound impact on bank financial services.This paper takes the transformation of bank financial services after the implementation of the new asset management regulation as the research object,discusses the impact of the new asset management regulation on bank financial services and its transformation path by combing relevant literature,analyzing policy content and investigating empirical evidence.It is found that the introduction of new regulations on asset management has made bank financial services face many challenges,including product structure adjustment,risk management strengthening,and investment target changes.In response to these challenges,banks need to actively respond to these,take such transformation measures as strengthening product innovation,improving risk management system and optimizing portfolio structure.At the same time,government departments should also strengthen supervision,guide the healthy development of bank financial services,and promote the stability of the financial market.
