Research on Accelerating the Construction of China's Carbon Futures Market Under the Background of"Carbon Neutralization"
The construction progress of China's carbon trading market is accelerating day by day,and the unified carbon trading in China has been officially launched in July 2021.This achievement will certainly promote the depth development of China's low-carbon economy,but China's current carbon trading market still exposes a series of problems.This paper will analyze the development status and existing problems of China's carbon trading market,which is regarded as the entry point,discuss the feasibility of China's carbon futures market construction under the background of carbon neutrality,and discuss its long-term significance from macro and micro perspectives,especially promoting to achieve China's dual carbon goal.Then,through reading relevant literature at home and abroad,the development experience of EU carbon trading market is summarized.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the construction of China's carbon futures market from regulation,law and institution.
