客户集中度、企业产权性质与企业风险承担

文章以A股2019年至2022年制造业上市公司数据为基础,实证检验客户集中度与企业风险承担的关系,并进一步分析产权性质因素对国有控股和非国有控股两类企业的客户关系影响.研究发现:密集的客户集中度对企业风险有显著提高作用;国有产权性质减弱了客户集中度对企业风险水平的影响.研究可为企业在供应链整合、客户关系定位等方面强化客户关系管理提供思路,同时为国资监管政策健全提供新角度,除此以外,文章的结论还能够帮助投资者多角度全面了解企业风险水平.
Customer Concentration,the Nature of Enterprise Property Rights and Enterprise Risk-Taking
Based on the data of A-share listed manufacturing companies from 2019 to 2022,this paper empirically tests the relationship between customer concentration and enterprise risk-taking,and further analyzes the impact of factors of property nature on the customer relations in state-controlled and non-state-controlled enterprises.The results show that dense customer concentration significantly increases the risk of enterprises,and the state-owned property rights weaken the impact of customer concentration on the level of enterprise risk.Besides,the research can provide some ideas for enterprises to strengthen customer relationship management in supply chain integration and customer relationship orientation,and provide a new angle for the perfection of state-owned assets supervision policy.And the conclusion of this paper can also help investors understand the enterprise risk level more comprehensively.
