Research on the Impact of the Real Estate Market on the Development of Green Renovation Projects of Existing Buildings
Due to the outdated performance of the previously constructed buildings,they are difficult to meet people's needs in terms of functionality.Therefore,effective green renovation measures are needed to be taken for existing buildings to reduce their operational energy consumption and carbon emissions.At present,existing green building renovation projects have problems such as uncertain returns and long investment return cycles,leading to insufficient confidence of investors,financing difficulties,and hindering the scale development of the projects.This article is based on the GRA model,using real estate market development data as the data model,and selecting real estate data from Chongqing City.Through the GRA model,the correlation between various indicators of the real estate market and the development of existing green renovation projects is studied.Using the correlation analysis of project renovation influencing factors,effective data with high correlation is selected,and targeted measures are proposed to provide reference for the large-scale development of renovation projects.
