This paper mainly discusses the significance,challenges and entrepreneurial path of rural college students back home to run business in Hebei Province.Combined with the characteristics of Hebei Province,it emphasizes the contribution of entrepreneurship to the development of rural economy and the optimization of talent structure,analyzes the impact of capital challenge,inadequate experience,constraints of concept and other problems on entrepreneurship.It is suggested to make full use of the advantages of agricultural resources,build an integrated entrepreneurial cultivation system,broaden financing channels,create the good entrepreneurial atmosphere and optimize talent introduction policies.And it can help rural college students in Hebei Province return to their hometown to start businesses,jointly promoting the realization of rural revitalization strategy.
