With the rapid development of economy and society,small and medium-sized enterprises have emerged as an important force to promote national economic growth.Ensuring the steady development of small and medium-sized enterprises has become the focus of attention from all walks of life.This paper discusses the bankruptcy risks faced by small and medium-sized enterprises in different life cycle stages,and analyzes the correlation between these risks and life cycle.At the same time,it analyzes the reasons that lead to the bankruptcy of small and medium-sized enterprises in different life cycle stages,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.It aims to help small and medium-sized enterprises improve their ability to cope with risks at different stages,so as to achieve sustainable development.
