With the rapid development of the internet,most of the unicorn enterprises in the world are internet unicorns,but the traditional evaluation methods have great limitations in the face of such enterprises,so how to choose the right way to evaluate the value of the internet unicorn enterprises is particularly important.This paper first introduces the particularity of internet unicorns,then points out the limitations of traditional evaluation methods in evaluating internet unicorns,and finally puts forward some suggestions for improving the evaluation.
