Enterprise Value Evaluation of Online Music Platform Based on Improved CVBC Model
With the development of internet technology,online music platform has become the main way for the public to obtain and enjoy music.Under the background of continuous market expansion and fierce competition,it is of great significance to accurately evaluate the value of online music platform enterprises.This paper aims to use CVBC model to evaluate the value of online music platform enterprises.Considering the shortcomings of the traditional CVBC model,this paper improves and optimizes the model according to the characteristics of the online music platform enterprise and the development stage of the enterprise.Based on the case of WY Cloud Music,the improved CVBC model is used to calculate the value,which provides a new idea and reference for the enterprise value evaluation of online music platform.
