Higher supply chain resilience can help enterprises better face the risks of supply chain disruptions in uncertain environments.For the fast fashion supply chain in the context of cross-border e-commerce,it is characterized by globality,variability and complexity.Building a more resilient supply chain is of great practical significance for enhancing the international market competitiveness of fast fashion cross-border e-commerce enterprises.This paper innovatively applies the TOPSIS Model Improved with Grey Relational Analysis to the resilience evaluation of the fast fashion cross-border e-commerce supply chain,quantifies the level of resilience,and obtains its performance level.Furthermore,it proposes countermeasures and suggestions for the exposed shortcomings of the supply chain system,aiming to help enterprises better cope with supply chain disruptions.
