Green finance is developing rapidly in China,but also emerges many characteristics influencing the development due to the externalities and concealment of economic activities.Blockchain technology has strong compatibility with green finance due to its decentralization and other characteristics.Until now,there have been practical cases of blockchain-driven green finance development at domestic and overseas,but there are few analyses on the mechanism of blockchain-driven green finance development.Based on the underlying technical characteristics of blockchain and the characteristics of green finance development,the article analyzes three levels of blockchain,including basic technology,application technology and incentive mechanism,summarizes five characteristics of green finance such as information disclosure,proposes four main mechanisms of blockchain-driven green finance development,and puts forward relevant suggestions for blockchain-driven green finance development.
