数字技术、数字经济是世界科技革命和产业变革的先机,大力推进数字产业化和产业数字化是当今中国的时代背景.数字经济的快速发展,将数字技术注入到了现代企业之中,促进企业不断突破原有发展格局,追求新的发展.企业数字化转型要求企业进行系统化的转变,但现代企业的现有绩效评价体系却有着不符合数字时代的弊端,对绩效评价模式的优化刻不容缓.文章基于企业数字化转变的现实需求,首先对数字化、绩效评价及二者融合优化的必要性进行了阐述,其次提出了绩效评价优化的三原则,最后梳理了现有绩效评价的弊端,也提出了针对性对策,期望可为我国现代企业在数字化背景下更好地开展绩效评价工作提供借鉴与参考,以助力现代企业的数字化发展之路.
Reflections on Optimization of Enterprise Performance Evaluation in the Context of Digitalization
Digital technology and digital economy are the precursors of the world's scientific and technological revolution and industrial change,and vigorously promoting digital industrialization and industrial digitalization is the background of the times in China today.With the rapid development of digital economy,injecting digital technology into modern enterprises can promote enterprises to constantly break through the original development pattern and pursue new development.The digital transformation of enterprises requires enterprises to carry out systematic transformation,but the existing performance evaluation system of modern enterprises has the disadvantages of not conforming to the digital era,and the optimization of the performance evaluation mode should not be delayed.This paper is based on the real needs of the enterprise digital transformation.First of all,it expounds the optimization necessity of digitalization,performance evaluation and the integration of the two,puts forward the the three principles of the optimization of the performance evaluation,and finally sorts out the disadvantages of the existing performance evaluation.It also puts forward targeted countermeasures,hoping to provide reference for China's modern enterprises in the digital development to better carry out performance evaluation,so as to promote the modern enterprise's digital development road.
