With the rapid development of the digital economy,it has brought an all-round and far-reaching impact on the production,life and ecology,making the dissemination of information in the market more convenient.The balance of institutional transaction costs formed before the era of digital economy has also gradually been offset due to the extensive use of data production factors.This paper discusses the development status of digital economy,sorts out the connotation of institutional transaction costs and the existing methods to reduce institutional transaction costs,and then clarifies the theoretical methods of digital economy reducing institutional transaction costs.
