Analysis on Financial Risk of SN Company Based on Factor Analysis Method
In the current era,the retail industry,as an important industry to promote consumption growth in China,has gradually opened up diversified sales channels with the help of the development of internet technology,forming a new retail model,namely,a new retail model.And the new operating model also brings more financial risks.Financial risks may occur in various aspects of business operations,and their risk scale will also expand with the expansion of the enterprise.Due to the characteristics of its business model,the retail industry often has a large scale,so financial risk control has gradually become an urgent problem that retail enterprises need to solve today.This article selects SN Company as the case study object,compares 45 companies in the retail industry,uses factor analysis method for analysis,evaluates the results obtained,and proposes suggestions for SN Company's financial risk management based on this.The paper provides risk warning and management advice to other retail enterprises,helps them formulate more scientific strategies and management decisions,and improves their operational efficiency and market competitiveness.
