With the rapid development of economic globalization and internet technology,the manufacturing industry is experiencing unprecedented changes.The household electric appliance manufacturing industry is an important part of the manufacturing industry.If household electric appliance enterprises want to improve their competitiveness and seize market share,they must make breakthroughs and transform their operating models to adapt to the development of modern economy and society.Therefore,on the basis of understanding the concept of asset-light operation mode and related theories,this article analyzes the motivation,paths and problems of asset-light transformation of household electric appliance enterprises,and provides some enlightenment for the future asset-light operation of household electric appliance enterprises.
