Study on the Applicability of the Azheke Plan to Yinyu Island in Hainan
This paper examines the successful experience of the tourism project implemented by the Azheke Plan in the Honghe Hani Terraces in Yuanyang County,Yunnan Province.It analyses its potential applicability to the tourism development of Yinyu Island in Sansha City,Hainan Province.Through literature review and case analyzis,this study focuses on key factors such as community participation,benefit sharing,cultural heritage protection,residents'capacity enhancement,and endogenous development.The study has found that the endogenous village collective enterprise-led development model of the Azheke Plan has achieved coordinated development of heritage conservation,tourism development and economic growth.Yinyu Island can learn from the plan to achieve a mutually beneficial symbiosis of ecological preservation and economic growth through scientific planning and community participation.This study adopts a qualitative analysis method and makes targeted recommendations based on the actual data of the Azheke Plan and the specific situation of Yinyu Island.
