摘要

平陆运河是西部陆海新通道的重要组成部分,是广西发展向海经济至关重要的基础工程,同时也担任着综合广西各基础设施网络于一体的角色.以运河腹地港口为媒介,定量分析预测运河航道直接腹地港口吞吐量,以期为平陆运河建成通航后的货运需求提供参考;从经济与生态两个角度入手,定性分析运河建成后的经济效益与生态效益,从而助力将广西北部湾港打造成为内通外畅、连江接海的国际门户港.

Abstract

Pinglu Canal is an important part of the new land-sea passage in the west,and a crucial basic project for developing Guangxi's maritime economy.It also plays the role of integrating various infrastructure networks in Guangxi.Based on the canal hinterland port as the medium,the throughput of the direct hinterland port of the canal channel is quantitatively analyzed and predicted,so as to provide reference for the freight demand after the Pinglu Canal is completed.Starting from two angles of economy and ecology,the study qualitatively analyzes the economic and ecological benefits after the completion of the canal,so as to help Guangxi Beibu Gulf Port to become an international gateway port connecting the river and the sea.
