Heilongjiang-Russia border port has always been an important node of cooperation between the two countries and also an important commodity logistics channel.With the deepening of the strategic partnership of cooperation between the two countries,the hub role of the port has been further highlighted,and the function and infrastructure construction of the port have been gradually improved,and the customs clearance capacity has been greatly improved.Connectivity with neighboring Russian border crossings has also been enhanced.However,there are some problems in the operation of the port,such as unbalanced development,low utilization rate and relatively backward facilities.From the perspective of future development trend,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of key ports,develop port industries,build transportation networks and strengthen the radiation role of ports to the surrounding areas,so as to further play the functions of ports and help the comprehensive development of China-Russia regional cooperation.
