摘要
人才培养是一个多维度、跨领域的复杂过程,金融业是人才和智力密集的行业,对金融改革发展具有关键作用.建设金融强国需要强大的金融人才队伍,因此培养适应新时代发展需求的金融人才队伍是当务之急.通过分析在新质生产力视角下我国金融人才培养的新要求,即新时代的金融专业人才必须是具备跨领域能力、创新能力以及风险管理能力的数字化人才,并从培养目标、培养模式、课程设置、教学方案和师资队伍建设五个方面提出了新时代应用型金融人才培养优化建议,以适应经济发展新阶段的需求变化,为金融行业输送更多高素质、创新型人才.
Abstract
Talent development is a multi-dimensional and cross-disciplinary complex process,and the financial industry is a talent and knowledge-intensive sector that plays a key role in financial reform and development.Building a strong financial nation requires a robust financial talent pool,so it is crucial to cultivate a workforce of financial professionals who can meet the demands of the new era.By analyzing the new requirements for financial talent development in China from the perspective of new productive forces,it is clear that financial professionals in the new era must possess cross-disciplinary abilities,innovation capabilities,and risk management skills,along with digital proficiency.This paper proposes optimization strategies for the cultivation of applied financial talents in the new era,addressing five key areas:training objectives,training models,curriculum design,teaching plans,and faculty development.These strategies are intended to meet the changing demands of the new phase of economic development and to deliver more high-quality,innovative talent to the financial sector.
